Complete trash, I copied Chatgpt content to copyleak and it showed me 0% AI. So my review is useless trash and no use in acadmeic world. I wounder what will happen if you are submiting acadmeic work directly based on Copyleak report. Never ever trust any such crapy tool unless you check it on turnitin.

It does make mistakes, but is great as a quick guide to check if your suspicions are correct or not. There are some oddities about the UI, but nothing major. Really useful extension, recommended.

Opaque requirements. LLM determines whether the text was written by a human or an LLM. Even if you remove all so-called "AI-generated" phrases, you'll still get the "yes, there are no AI-generated phrases, but based on additional criteria, you'll get 100% AI." Don't play with cheaters.

This flags almost ALL my work that I write as AI. Please fix this problem!
There are a lot of false positives on this I actually had a teacher use this on one of my papers and said it was flagged as AI. Come to find out if you have Grammarly pro and use the rephrase program it flags it as AI. Please fix this as this isn't the AI learning what is and isn't AI written but yet more of a recognition issues between programs creating a whole slue of false positives

The funny thing is most times, you may only need to change a sentence and the entire article changes to human-written. This shows how unreliable you are!

I use it to check my students' writing, it is fairly accurate in that if it comes up as AI- it could mean pieces or it could mean the whole thing. If it comes up as human texts its almost always correct. For a free service it is a very valuable tool.
